RETURN - EXCHANGE POLICY

You have the option to return the products you received, for any reason. Whether you received a defective product, there was an error in your order, or you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request its replacement with the same or another of equal value, or a refund of the money you spent, as long as the following conditions are met:

  1. Must be within 15 days of receipt.

  3. The product must be in the condition you purchased it.

Under no circumstances can a product be accepted that is not in its original condition. This means that the product must:

  1. It must not have been washed.
  2. Not have been used in any way
  3. It should have all its tags/labels.
  4. The packaging must not be damaged.


Return Process

    1. Contact us at 210 577 9601 or 210 346 9123 to clarify the details of the return.
    2. In case of a defective product, it is necessary to send us a photo of the item to info@toptex.gr so that we can have a better understanding in our communication with you and confirm with the manufacturer the acceptance of the return.
    3. Complete and submit this form (you will receive a copy to the email you provide. If you do not receive a copy, it means that it has not been submitted correctly)
    4. Pack the product so that it is protected during shipping.
    5. In case the product has a defect or there has been a mistake in your order, send the package with Speedex courier, to
